This list is dedicated to collection of players who have donned the AFC Bournemouth shirt and scored a solitary goal in their Cherries career.

A few briefly glimpsed the delights of Dean Court before going on to national and international success. Most have fallen down the league ladder and disappeared into obscurity. But, all can proudly say that they hit the back of the net for the mighty AFC Bournemouth.

Cambridge Utd 0 v 2 AFC Bournemouth | 04.12.1999 | League One
Signed from Arsenal in 1999 for £20,000 making a total of 29 appearances before moving to Dover in 2001. He joined Welling United as player–manager in 2009.

AFC Bournemouth 2 v 0 Blackpool | 30.08.1997 | League One
The Man Utd loanee made a total of seven appearances for the Cherries including one as substitute before going on to play for Macclesfield, Exeter and Stevenage.

Millwall 3 v 1 AFC Bournemouth | 19.02.2000 | League One
The Republic of Ireland international made 10 league appearances for the Cherries while on loan from Man Utd. He collected a string of honours including four Premier League titles, an FA Cup medal and a Champions League medal while at the club. He joined Sunderland in the summer of 2011.

AFC Bournemouth 3 v 0 Oldham | 08.04.2000 | League One
Signed from Chelsea on a free in early 2000 and scored a spectacular volley in his first home game. He left the club several months later after making a total of just six appearances.

Bristol Rovers 1 v 1 AFC Bournemouth | 12.08.2000 | League One
Fondly remembered striker who made a total of 47 league appearances for the Cherries (35 from the bench). Scored in his first appearance but failed to hit the net again in the next 46. He went on to play for Hereford, Weymouth, Aldershot, Ebbsfleet and Grays before joining Hinckley Utd in 2009.

AFC Bournemouth 1 v 3 Bristol City | 23.03.2002 | League One
A brief spell on loan from Fulham in early 2002 saw a return of a single strike from a total of seven appearances. He went on to play for Plymouth before plying his trade in Scotland with Falkirk, St Johnstone, Ayr, Alloa, Morton and Dumbarton.

AFC Bournemouth 2 v 1 Shrewsbury | 21.04.2003 | League Two
The diminutive Australian forward made a total of eight appearances including the League Two play-off semi-final 1st leg away to Bury. Celtic paid £700000 for him in 2007 where he scored 51 goals in 88 appearances. He joined Middlesbrough in 2009 for a reported fee of around £3.5m.

AFC Bournemouth 1 v 1 Barnsley | 28.02.2006 | League One
The Australian defender signed from Watford on a free in January 2006 and made a total of seven appearances. He managed to get sent off in his last game at home to Brentford in May 2006. He joined Chinese football club Hangzhou Nabel Greentown F.C in 2010.

Scunthorpe 2 v 2 AFC Bournemouth | 08.04.2006 | League One
Came on loan to the Cherries in February 2005 from Aston Villa before joining permanently on a free. He made a total of 45 League appearances before following Sean O’Driscoll to Doncaster for a reported fee of £130000.

AFC Bournemouth 1 v 3 Blackpool | 23.12.2006 | League One
A Southampton trainee who came on loan in late 2006 and made a total of seven appearances. He is another player who has joined ex-Cherry boss Sean O’Driscoll at Doncaster .
