Rochdale lass and super fan Sarah L gives her thoughts on the latest home clash

KEY PLAYER: It’s tough to pick out one key player in the team, as we have quite a few key players who have made an impression already this season. However, I’m going to go for Ashley Grimes; he was linked to various clubs before he changed his mind and opted to sign for us in the summer. He can play up front or attacking midfield and he’s a speedy player who causes all kinds of problems for defenders and knows where the goal is. He scored twice against Walsall in the JPT in the week too, so his confidence will definitely be high.
You’ll also want to keep an eye out for captain fantastic Gary Jones who runs the midfield, Stephen Darby on loan from Liverpool who’s solid at right back and striker Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro who’s already notched up a decent amount of goals.

PREDICTION: I’m going for Bournemouth 1 – 2 Rochdale with goals from Ashley Grimes and Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro.

BIG STEVE SPANGLER

TFTSE regular and AFC Bournemouth old boy offers his thoughts for the game

I will go to the pub before the game, drink some beer and swear at the ref at least 10 times. My favourite swear word for this match is going ot be f**kwit.

PREDICTION:I rarely get these right so I am going for a 5-2 win. Not a likely I know but there’s always one freak result a season. That freak result would be us winning at home. Big Fletch to come on and score a second career hat-trick. None of this is going to happen. 1-1

Lee Bradbury told the official site:

“Steve Eyre has got a good mix in his squad and he has them working hard for each other. I have watched a few of their DVD’s and the lad Grimes up top is doing very well. They are quite a big and physical side, and from set pieces they will be a threat. They will give us a good game because both sides like to play football. We have had some good battles in the past and they remind me a little bit of ourselves. We have almost mirrored each other in the past two seasons and we are very close to each other in the league again this season.
