On current form its looks like the former. Eddie Howe undoutedly has an undying love for the club, but whether he has the managerial know how to save the day is another issue.

On the assumption that at least 45 points will be needed to stay up that means that the Cherries will need another 38 points to add to the measly total of 7. This means that the Cherries will need to win 13 of the remaining 21. That’s the remaining 11 homes games and 2 away games.
Nothing is impossible, but with each passing game the chances of survival is getting slimmer and slimmer.
We at TFTSE have yet to see Howe’s team in action, but Wycombe at home is a must win game. Lets hope that this is the beginning of another great escape and Grimsby, Barnet etc decide to start dropping points and soon.
