AFC Bournemouth Open Day

By -

Don’t forget its the AFC Bournemouth Open Day tomorrow (4th March 2012). No bacon sandwiches this time 🙁

The day, which starts at 9.30 am and runs until noon, will be free of charge and offers fans a guided tour of the Cherries’ home. The tours are expected to take 30 minutes and will be staggered throughout the morning. Backroom staff members will be on hand to show supporters the club’s medical facilities and new gym.
You might even be able to enter the sacred ground of the dressing room and see where Lee Bradbury and Mrs Denim inspire the team to greater glory on the pitch.

Manager Lee Bradbury said, “Not many clubs give their supporters the chance to see what goes on behind the scenes but I think it’s great that we are doing that.
“The board of directors have put money in on and off the pitch, and everyone should be able to see that.
“We also have a new gym in place and it will prove to be an important investment for us. It makes sense that if you’re bringing in new players with a lot of potential, you need to provide top class facilities to help them realise it, and the board recognise that.”
