The excitement of the FA Cup has left town for another year. The Cherries acquitted themselves magnificently and maybe deserved more from the match. However, Liverpool put out a strong side with a world-class front line that will trouble Premiership teams with more reward that they got at Dean Court today.

We have decided not to bother with a match report. Every Bournemouth fan will have seen the game and made up their own mind on the outcome and performance. So, we thought we would leave it to the respective mangers of both sides.
