Eddie ‘tight-lipped’ over transfer talk

By -

Eddie Howe has clearly stated that he will not be discussing transfer speculation for obvious reasons. So, how many times will The Daily Echo mention his ‘tight-lipped approach on possible transfer targets. He isn’t going to reveal anything until a deal is done, so like many we can speculate. So who’s on their way to Dean Court?

Sources close to TFTSE have told us that the Cherries can expect six new players to replace Goulding, Guyett, Igoe and Connell. Lined up are midfielders Marc Pugh from Hereford and Harry Arter from Woking, defenders Rhoys Wiggins from Norwich and Mitchell Nelson from Tooting & Mitcham and striker Liam Enver-Marum from Eastbourne Borough. This leaves just one more spot which would need to be a striker, which would be Steve Lovell. We also hear that Robert Koren previously of West Brom is available, and Northampton tob of lard striker Adebayo Akinfenw has not signed a new contract. They would be good signings.

Let’s look forward to Eddie revealing the new line-up. At least we won’t have to listen to idle speculation. But, we might make something up if we can be bothered.
