The Cherries continued their hoodoo over Rovers with yet another victory.

Jason Pearce was the hero with a 77th minute header with Bradbury receiving his marching orders very soon after.Bradbury, playing up front, had a header well saved early on, with few chances coming in the rest of the half. However, Rovers had Anthony sent off late on for a second yellow card.

HALF-TIME 0-0

With a one man advantage the Cherries pushed Igoe forward who had a shot pushed to safety. Bradbury got his first booking after a clash with the Rovers keeper. Moments later he dropped a shot but Pitman blazed over.

As the Cherries kept up the pressure Pearce put away the winner, Bradbury got sent off and Jalal kept the visitors at bay.
