Match Report: v Morecambe (H) 0-0
FOOTBALL LEAGUE TWO | 25th November 2008 | GOALS: None
An uninspiring performance saw the Cherries move 1 point closer to zero.
Three thousand and sixty-eight turned up to see a first half with very few chances. Symes had the best chance of the half seeing his shot hit the base of the post.
The second period didn’t produce much more, with chances at a premium for both sides. Quinn had seen enough and swapped Symes for Tubbs, Igoe for Bartley and Cummings for Garry. This rallied the Cherries briefly, but they quickly ran out of ideas and simply reverted to pumping hopeful high balls into the area. Hollands had a chance to take all three points but put his shot wide. And, it was only thanks to a couple of smart saves from Jalal late on that gave the Cherries a point.
